Scott, a true Californian at heart, boasts an impressive journey that has taken him from Sacramento to San Luis Obispo, through Tahoe, and most recently to Redding. With a solid educational background in Food Chemistry from Cal Poly University, he has honed his skills at various wineries and breweries across the state. His notable roles include serving as Brewmaster and Operational Manager at Ol Republic and Bullmastiff Brewery, where he left a significant mark. Outside the brewery, Scott is an avid outdoorsman, never missing an opportunity to immerse himself in nature with his two loyal dogs. Whether it’s skiing down snowy slopes, navigating the rapids, biking through scenic trails, or hiking in areas abundant with mountains and rivers, Scott finds his bliss in the great outdoors.
